 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 4.5 Stars! The apartments over Palace Theater are in great condition. Tall cabinets, great view and location. The studio unit has ample closet space with in unit laundry. Pet friendly! KEY PM offers a few benefits for their renters that we definitely enjoyed. We also didn’t have to put a SINGLE maintenance request in the full year we stayed there.

KEY PM came around periodically for routine things and always gave a good heads up. When my boyfriend was on nights, I requested that our unit was checked later in the afternoon; to not wake him up right after he got home. They acknowledged this and rescheduled with us. We were so grateful of that. When it came time to move out, Brent understood that we did our best to clean the place and didn’t scalp our refund!

-.5 Star only due to snow upkeep (winter 2025 was pretty bad in Waverly so that didn’t help either) and the thermostats are sensitive in cold weather.
